2026 deadlines

Employer attestation for the 2026 year, by canton.

All deadlines
  • Geneva
  • Jura
  • Vaud

Other cantons have no verified date published here: ask your cantonal administration.

How it works

  1. Enter the days

One person in the calculator, or a table imported from Excel. Half-days are accepted.

  2. Read the rate and the status

The rate to declare, days remaining, and a status. The official texts are linked under the result.

  3. Export or share

CSV and XLSX with the attestation columns, or a message for the employer. Nothing is filed with an authority.

What the result contains

Every figure comes from the rules engine, applied to the texts checked on 27 September 2026.

  • The rate to declare to two decimals, with the canton's rounding method.
  • The imputed days, the quota and the days left before the threshold.
  • The 45-day tolerance of the 1983 regime, when it applies.
  • The attestation deadline for Geneva, Jura and Vaud.
  • The official sources, with the date they were checked.

Nothing leaves this page

Days, names, salaries and imported files stay in your browser: the calculation runs there, and none of it is sent.

We count usage anonymously (visits, calculations, imports, exports) in our own Google Sheets spreadsheet: numbers only, with no cookie and no third-party analytics.

The waitlist sends only your e-mail address, with the page it came from and the date.

About 58.4% of cross-border workers in Switzerland live in France: the FSO does not publish that share, it is derived (242,000 / 414,262). There is no official count of employers, so none is stated here.

Why it's free

The calculator and company mode are free for normal use, with no account. Anyone should be able to check their rate before the deadline.

Nothing you calculate or import leaves your browser, and we do not sell data. We keep only anonymous usage counts and the waitlist e-mail addresses.
