Calculator and company mode
Days, names, salaries, cantons and imported files that you use in the calculator or company mode never leave the browser. There is no account, and none of it is stored or sent. Light or dark appearance is kept in this browser's localStorage, and a flag for the visit count in sessionStorage. Neither holds personal data. No cookie is set, which is why there is no cookie banner.
Anonymous usage counts
We count usage in our own Google Sheets spreadsheet, through a Google Apps Script run by Pharosyne. There is no third-party analytics tool. Only these events are sent: one visit per browser session (page path, language, hostname of the referring site, utm parameters when present), a calculation (employer country: Switzerland or Luxembourg), an import (number of rows calculated and skipped), an export (format and number of rows), a waitlist signup (its source) and a click on the quote request (where the link sits). Each event also carries the product name and the time. Names, e-mail addresses, salaries, rates, typed days and file names are never sent.
Waitlist
The waitlist stores your e-mail address, where the signup came from (for example the pricing page or a founder offer) and the date, in the same Pharosyne Google Sheets spreadsheet. The legal basis is your consent (marketing: Spanish LSSI, Swiss nFADP, Swiss UCA art. 3(1)(o)). The controller is Pharosyne Tech SLU (petru@pharosyne.tech). Lead authority: the AEPD. You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability, including under the nFADP, and you can complain to the AEPD or the FDPIC.
Before launch we write at most a few times. Reply “delete” or write to petru@pharosyne.tech. Retention: until launch plus 24 months, or until withdrawal, whichever comes first.
Processors: Cloudflare (hosting the website on Cloudflare Pages) and Google (Apps Script and Sheets for the waitlist and the anonymous counts). When a request is sent, Google technically sees its IP address; it is not written to the spreadsheet. Transfers outside Switzerland and the EU rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the Swiss–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified.
What this version does not do
A later product may process self-declared work-location categories per day. No GPS and no IP geolocation. Swiss OLT 3 art. 26 forbids behaviour-monitoring systems; Luxembourg Labour Code L.261-1 limits monitoring. That is a roadmap, not this version.
