The consultation agreement of 15/18 July 2022 says full home-office days are not non-return days. They are not added. The “regular 20% return” reading, the 100 km and the hour and a half are not applied: the protocol text is not decided here.
Half-nights are rejected. This screen does not say whether frontalier status is lost.
Does home office count toward the 60 days?
No. It is shown separately and explicitly ignored by the non-return counter.
